lack of comfort

I was absolutely shocked to find a small bathroom where the enormous windows couldn’t be opened, leading to no ventilation. my air conditioning was basically a hoax—didn’t seem to cool down at all. And, honestly, where was my complimentary welcome gift? I nearly gave a good review but just couldn't!

A spacious room with three large windows, allowing plenty of natural light. The room's design features a unique charm that adds character.

Small bathroom with two enormous windows that can’t be opened, leading to a lack of ventilation. The shower leaked, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the heat down, reaching uncomfortable temperatures of 27-28°C.

would definitely book here again.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. Super comfy with a private bathroom, lovely towels and nice body soap. Breakfast was great, and there was a cozy spot to enjoy it. The vibes were perfect at the restaurant with stunning mountain views. Spa facilities were excellent too.
